Transforming a pool-facing space into a functional, stylish wellness haven.
The Brief
In a boutique luxury apartment building, the existing gym featured only four cardio machines, limiting its appeal. The owner wanted to expand the space by incorporating strength and mobility areas to better serve residents’ diverse fitness needs.
Beyond functionality, the gym lacked a welcoming atmosphere. To distinguish the development from other luxury condominiums in the area, the owner opted to include PENT. equipment - renowned for its premium craftsmanship, aesthetic appeal, and superior touch.
Additionally, the side room, previously used as a dance studio, was reimagined as a dedicated yoga studio for group classes, further enhancing the building’s wellness offerings.
The Proposal

Scala luxury wall bar serves as a multifunctional workout tool, supporting strength training, mobility exercises, and stretching while adding a stylish element to the space.
